CUSTOMER CARE
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

It is my goal to have happy customers who love and enjoy these pieces as much as I love them and enjoy making them. If for some reason you are not pleased with your piece, please contact me within 5 days of receipt. Should you choose to return an item, I will gladly exchange or refund the item, less 20% as a processing fee. Buyers are responsible for the safe return of the item(s) and shipping costs.

If your item is damaged when it arrives, please contact me immediately so I can file a claim with the shipper and we can work on getting you a replacement or refund.

USE AND CARE

Raku pieces are intended for decorative purposes only and should not be considered food safe nor impermeable and are described with these limitations.  All other pieces are meant to be used and enjoyed as functional ware. That said, although microwaveable, dishwasher and oven friendly, taking special care of these handmade pieces is likely to extend their life. Shock from extreme temperature changes can cause damage, so its always a bit safer to warm and cool pieces more slowly: ie refrain from pouring boiling water directly into a cold piece or placing a hot piece directly into the cold.

In making any purchase from Meagan Cadorette Ceramics/Cadlin Farm Pottery the purchaser agrees to hold Meagan Cadorette and all associated parties harmless from any loss, damage, or injury due to any product purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount paid for the piece(s) you purchased.

We reserve the right to amend and/or update these and any of our policies at any time.
